Our 2-year Graduate Trainee program is what you’re looking for!

Our Graduate Trainee program has been newly redesigned to give new graduates exposures and learning opportunities in our Engineering Team. We understand that each graduate has their unique skill sets but may not know if they are indeed interested in building a career in a certain field or area.

The program offers a high degree of flexibility to our Graduate Trainees. Based on the skill sets that you possess and are interested in, we will match you up with the relevant team managers and assign you to the most appropriate team as a start. The team manager is responsible for giving you an on-the-job training and mentoring you. You can choose to work in another team once every 3 to 6 months. That said, if you think you have found where your passion is and the team manager endorses your capabilities, you can officially leave the training program after as soon as 9 months and be promoted to Junior Software Engineer.

What’s more exciting is that you may have the chance to visit an office in Europe during the training program. This will give you not only insights into how other offices work (e.g. Customer Support) but also an incredible overseas exposure (and cultural shock!).

  1. What kind of graduates are you looking for?
    University degree in CS/CE/IE or equivalent. A good team player who are passionate, proactive, innovative and creative and can work under pressure.
  2. What is the compensation package?
    HK$23,000/month (starting salary) x 12 + performance-based bonus (cap: 10% of annual salary). 13 days of annual leave, 1 day of birthday leave and more fringe benefits.
  3. How many Graduate Trainees are you recruiting?
    We do not have a quota but we want to recruit as many elite developers as possible.
  4. Which teams are available for me to explore?
    Many actually! Android Platform, Browser, Firmware, Media and DRM (Digital Rights Management), DevOps, SQA (Software Quality Assurance), Support Team (or Customer Success Team), Server (or Engage), and Hardware
  5. What is the recruitment process?
    A written test and two rounds of interviews: You will meet the hiring managers in the 1st round based on the preferences/strengths you indicate in this application form and the senior manager of the hiring team and the Director of Engineering in the 2nd round.
  6. What are the fringe benefits of Graduate Trainee during the training period?
    Successful candidates will be given a 2-year contract. After the 3-month probation, they are entitled to all fridge benefits the permanent staff has. They include, but not limited to, medical coverage and annual paid leave.
  7. Can overseas applicants also apply?
